Why Hire Me?
Because I:
- I am able to motivate people in my team to achieve a goal. As a fast food manager, our restaurant consistently held the fastest speed of service times in western Canada for 6 months.
- I have an excellent track record. In reviews by past employers, I've always scored very well.
- I naturally embrace challenges, and perform much better when I set goals: I was enrolled in the Advanced Placement program in high school, and am currently enrolled in the engineering program at UW with the highest entrance average (~92%).
- When I see a problem that needs to be solved, it gets solved. I recognized that the navigation in JobMine was less then desirable, so I found a way around it.

- Take a look at the resources section of this website. You'll notice that I have the lecture and tutorial calendars for my class there. I've been keeping that calendar up to date since my 2nd year university, and its used by most of my class now to keep them on top of things.
- In recent terms I've posted my reference sheets for exams online for my classmates to use or improve upon. This past term I heard more than once that "[I was] the reason [they] passed this term."
- During the annual Calgary Stampede, various companies, churches, community centres, and shopping malls put on Stampede Breakfasts (pancakes, sausage, and beans are popular). Most of these events are free. To help others find out about and post Stampede Breakfasts they know about, I've created an online, Google-Calendar driven application here
