A checklist of risk identification, assessment, and reduction action steps for your next project

Risk is a scary beast for a process automation project, sometimes costing tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The most profitable companies I’ve worked with have a systematic process by which they manage risk. No system is perfect, but a repeatable checklist (which you can download below) allows you to make improvements after each project and easily train others.

By the way, I wrote about this more on Automation.com

Just enter your email below so I know where to send the download link for the risk identification, assessment and mitigation checklist. You’ll also get updates on new tools and articles that are relevant to you once they are released (about once or twice a month).
